Emergency Guidance
Emergency Guidance
Travel is not free of some emergency situations faced by the person, and often beyond his control, so each passenger must take all the measures and precautions that would help him/her in the event of any emergency order,
All passengers must record all their data accurately on the Qatari Foreign Office before travel, so that the ministry or mission can find them when necessary or in case of any emergency in the country they are traveling to.
Immediately upon arrival, the mission must be contacted, arrival must be reported and all data and place of residence should be made available for communication if necessary.
Save the emergency numbers in the country you travel to on your phones before departure, your embassy numbers and any other useful emergency numbers.
Make sure to have a copy of your passport and immigration card with you wherever you went, because if you were stopped by the security man and these documents were not in your possession you will be arrested and taken to the police station.
Let people close to you (parents or friends) know all the detailed information about your trip and give them your phone numbers, and be sure to update such information if there were any changes.
Keep copies of your important documents in a safe place (copy of passport, ID card, driver's license).
If you encounter any problem you should contact the mission immediately and report where you are and the problem you have been facing.
Not to visit suspicious or dangerous areas and to keep away from uninhabited and dark areas.
The embassy strongly recommends that all citizens keep the passport because it is an official document that must be preserved and not handed over for any purpose to any person for the purpose of proving the identity.
